T-Concierge is a virtual reception system that allows reception work to be done remotely using an avatar.

Remote reception solution using an avatar

Customer reception can be done remotely using a video calling system. Avatar-based communication enables flexible response. The reception staff can view the customer on the other end of the line, allowing them to respond to the customer as if in a face-to-face conversation. A closed area direct connection service that does not use the Internet, combined with an optical access service of NTT East Corp., provides a highly secure communication environment. Preparing a remote reception environment through the use of ICT eases the restrictions and conditions of the working environment, which also helps prevent the spread of an infectious disease such as the new coronavirus.
