Regarding the handling of personal information

Taisei Co., Ltd. Taisei has also adopted appropriate human resources safety controls including educating and raising awareness of personal information protection among the executives and employees who handle personal information.

Except as permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other related laws and regulations, Taisei does not disclose personal information collected according to the provisions outlined in 2. Collecting Personal Information to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned.
Specific personal information is not disclosed to third parties even with the consent of the individual.

(4) Managing and supervising subcontractors handling personal information

Taisei may disclose personal information collected according to the provisions outlined in 2. Collecting Personal Information to subcontractors to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use that have been identified and divulged.
In such cases, Taisei manages and supervises the subcontractors appropriately, who are required to handle the disclosed personal information in appropriate ways.

４．Handling Personal Information on the Corporate Website

(1)About Cookies

Embedded content (videos, images, posts etc.) is included on the Taisei website. Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor is on the site in question.
