We, at Taisei, as part of our active expansion to overseas markets, have invested in a joint corporation in Shanghai (MNTH Building Management Shanghai Co., Ltd.) since the establishment of 2007. The company was established to provide general building maintenance service to the Shanghai World Financial Center Building, China.

MNTH Building Management Shanghai Co., Ltd. is a company we co-established with Mori Building Co., Ltd. and two other firms in the same trade for the purpose of providing general building maintenance service to the Shanghai World Financial Center Building.

The Shanghai World Financial Center Building is a complex with 101 stories above the ground and a hight of 492 m, housing cutting-edge offices suitable for the international financial center, an observation platform located 474 m above the ground, a hotel, commercial facilities, a media center, etc. Accordingly, the building needs advanced maintenance quality.
