First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude for your support as we celebrate 65 years of success in the building maintenance and facility management industry. Throughout our history, we have embraced innovation and proactively expanded our business. Looking ahead, we are determined to confront the diverse challenges arising from societal shifts and changes in the economic environment. Our goal is to become a ‘Pioneer of Change,’ driving progress with bold, unconstrained thinking that reshapes our industry.
Under the Eighth Medium-Term Management Plan, which commenced in fiscal year 2023, we have established a new mission: to deliver joy and inspiration to society through innovative service design. Our focus is on building the framework for a ‘New Taisei,’ enhancing the value of our existing services and delivering them as a new standard.

We are committed to remaining a forward-thinking company that continually embraces change and drives groundbreaking innovation.
Furthermore, in line with the SDGs Declaration we announced in 2021, we are advancing sustainable management practices that balance environmental, social, and economic priorities.
